PROCLAMATION NO. 1394, August 18, 2026
DECLARING FRIDAY, 28 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary and the Hamungaya Festival on 30 August 2026, which falls on a Sunday;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Isulan to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 28 August 2026, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 30 August 2026;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Isualn be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 28 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
