PROCLAMATION NO. 1393, August 18, 2026
DECLARING THURSDAY, 27 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALCALA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN
WHEREAS, on 27 August 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Alcala, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of the Pasayak Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Alcala be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 27 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Alcala, Province of Cagayan.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
