PROCLAMATION NO. 1392, August 17, 2026
DECLARING TUESDAY, 18 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABACAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO
WHEREAS, on 18 August 2026, Tuesday, the Municipality of Kabacan, Province of Cotabato will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kabacan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 18 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kabacan, Province of Cotabato.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
