Decisions / Signed Resolutions July 1, 2014 FORMER FOURTEENTH DIVISION SADANG, J.:
SADANG, J.:
For Our consideration is plaintiff-appellant Jonathan T. Co’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] of our Decision dated July 1, 2014 affirming the assailed decision of the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City, Branch 97 in Civil Case No. Q-05-56468.

On September 1, 2014, defendant-appellee University Savings and Loan Bank submitted its Comment[2] to the motion.
After carefully reviewing the arguments raised in the motion, We found the same to be mere reiteration of matters previously considered and found to be without merit in the Decision subject of this recourse. We thus see no compelling reason to modify, reverse, or set aside Our previous Decision.
WHEREFORE, the instant Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED, for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
