This treats of the respective motions for reconsideration[1] filed by petitioner and respondents relative to this Court’s Decision[2] promulgated on July 1, 2014.

We note from the motions, as well as in the Comment to respondents’ Motion for Reconsideration,[3] that the issues raised therein by movants are basically the same as those embodied in the Petition and Comment to the Petition, all of which have already been passed upon and addressed at length in the decision sought to be reconsidered, to which We need not belabor on the same issues anew.
WHEREFORE, the instant Motions for Reconsideration are hereby DENIED.
