Earlier on, this Court issued a Resolution[1] dated June 30, 2014 directing herein petitioners among others to submit the notary public’s place of commission, commission number and MCLE compliance; to inform the Court of any other cases and proceedings involving the same parties and issues pending in this Court or any other courts; and to furnish the court a quo with a copy of the petition and annexes and to submit proof of service thereof.

However, despite receipt of the June 30, 2014 Resolution by herein petitioners on July 18, 2014[2], no compliance has been made as per docket book entry report of the Judicial Records Division dated November 7, 2014.
WHEREFORE, for failure to comply with the Court’s Resolution dated June 30, 2014, despite due notice, the instant Petition for Review is hereby DISMISSED per Section 1(h) of Rule 50 of the Rules of Court.
SO ORDERED.
