POSTPONING THE PERIOD DECLARED AS NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH WEEK FROM JUNE 24-30, 1951, TO JULY 22-28, 1951.

WHEREAS, the period from June 24 to 30, 1951, was
declared as National Mental Health Week under Proclamation No. 250, dated April
25,1951; and

WHEREAS, during said period many schools,
colleges and universities will not yet be opened, for which reason students may
not be benefited by the educational program to be held in celebration of the
week;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Elpidio Quirino, President
of the Philippines, do hereby postpone the period declared as National Mental
Health Week from June 24-30, 1951, to July 22-28, 1951.

Proclamation No. 250, dated April 25, 1951, is
modified accordingly.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 8th day of June,
in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the fifth.
