RESERVING FOR AIRPORT PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for airport purposes, under the administration of the
Civil Aeronautics Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be,
the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the municipality of
Cauayan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described
in the Bureau of Lands plan PR-1008, to wit:

“Lot 1, Pr-1008 (The Provincial
Government of Isabela—Cauayan
Air Port)

A parcel of land (lot 1 as shown on plan
Pr-1008), situated in the barrio of Prenza, municipality of Cauayan, Province
of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., by lot 2 of plan Pr-1008; on
the E., by provincial road; and on the SW., by. property of Pablo Ventura (lot
6, Psu-117614). Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 51° 25′ W.,
1,562.00 m. from B.L.L.M. 1, Municipality of Cauayan, Isabela, thence S. 10°
18′ W., 218.78 m. to point 2; thence N. 55° 47′ W., 250.00 m. to point 3;
thence N. 55° 47′ W., 250.96 m. to point 4; thence S. 81° 41′ E., 178.76 m. to
point 5; thence S. 81° 39′ E., 279.45 m. to the point of beginning; containing
an area of 50,110 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are
indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: point. 1, by Old
Post; point 5, by Old P.L.S. Cone. Mon.; and the rest, by B.L. Cyl. Mons.;

municipality of Cauayan, Isabela, thence N. 81° 39′ W., 279.45 m. to point 2;
thence N. 81° 41′ W;, 178.76 m. to point 3; thence N. 55″ 47′ W., 136.79 m. to
point 4; thence N. 21° 38′ E., 38.62 m. to point 5: thence N. 21° 57′ E.,
