RESERVING FOR THE UNITED STATES NAVY PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN ANTONIO, CITY OF CAVITE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and article one (1) of the Agreement
between the Republic of the Philippines and the United States of America
concerning Military Bases, signed at Manila on the 14th day of March, 1947, I
hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the United States Navy
purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of the
public domain situated in the barrio of San Antonio, City of Cavite, Island of
Luzon, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands sketch plan, to
wit:

A parcel of land (as shown on sketch plan),
situated in the barrio of San Antonio, municipality of Cavite (now Cavite
City), Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., by public land;
on the SE., by street, lot 2 of plan Psu-101324 Street, lot 1 of plan
Psu-101324 and public land; on the SW., by lot 2 of, plan Psu-101324; and on
the NW., by Manila Bay. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 29° 54′
W., 245.88 m. from B.L.L.M. 8, Cavite, thence S. 55° 45′ W., 174.23 m. to point
2; thence S. 47° 54′ W., 201.72 m. to point 3; thence S. 45° 00′ W., 10.24 m.
to point 4; thence S. 48° 24′ W., 167.75 m. to point 5; thence S. 38° 54′ W.,
130.76 m. to point 6; thence S. 58° 40′ W., 37.83 m. to point 7; thence N. 36°
00′ E., 127.00 m. to point 8; thence N. 36° 30′ E., 134.00 m; to point 9;
thence N. 39° 00′ E., 160.00 m. to point 10; thence N. 46° 30′ E., 142.00 m. to
point 11; thence N. 52° 24′ E., 147.07 m. to point 12; thence S. 59° 41′
E., 186.00 m. to point 13; thence S..30° 19′ W., 6.00 m. to point 14; thence N.
61° 15′ W., 104.15 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of 35,826
square meters, more or less. (Subject to the future survey.)
