RESERVING FOR WAREHOUSE SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LO-OC, MUNICIPALITY OF DUMAGUETE, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL NEGROS.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for warehouse site purposes under the administration of
the National Coconut Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be,
the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Lo-oc,
municipality of Dumaguete, Province of Oriental Negros, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan F1-696,
being N. 5-49′ E., 627.56 m. from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Dumaguete, thence N. 2-39′
E., 72.04 m. to point 2; N. 2-51′ E. 12.67 m. to point 3; N. 21-21′ E. 9.64 m.
to point 4; N. 43-05′ E. 8.04 m. to point 5; N. 29-01′ E. 56.86 m. to point 6;
S. 82-58′ E. 57.40 m. to point 7; S. 50-50′ E. 53.C0 m. to point 8; S. 44-05′
W. 132.68 m. to point 9; S. 78.30′ W. 51.20 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 12,710, more or less.

Points 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7, B.L. cone. mons.; points
3 and 4, Edges of the Cone. Bridge; points 8 and 9, stakes.

Bounded on the N. and NE., by public land; on the
SE., by road causeway; and on the W. and NW., by road 15.00 m. wide.

Bearings true. Declination 1-45′ E. All points
referred to are marked on plan F1-696.
