REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 9, SERIES OF 1924, AND DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT SARUNAYAN, DULAWAN, COT…

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of
section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke
Proclamation No. 9, series of 1924, and declare the lands covered thereby
located at Sarunayan, Dulawan, Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, open to
disposition under the provision of the Public Land Act.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 21st day of April,
in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the second.
