In Our Resolution of 10 December 2013, We referred the parties to
the Philippine Mediation Center – Court of Appeals Unit for mediation.

On 03 June 2014, a Mediation Report was filed informing this
Court that there was a successful mediation, and attaching therewith the
parties’ “Joint Manifestation of Amicable Settlement (with Motion To
Withdraw Petition for Review).”
In their submission, the parties stated that “the judgment in
this case has already been fully satisfied” and that they have no more
claims against each other.
WHEREFORE, as prayed for, the instant petition
and the corresponding comment and reply are withdrawn for having become
moot, and this case is deemed closed and terminated.
SO ORDERED.
