CRUZ, R.A., J.:
It filed a Motion for Extension of Time to file an Appellant’s Brief twice, first on January 25, 2014 and second, on March 12, 2014.
We granted both motions. Specifically, in our April 8, 2014 Minute Resolution, We granted defendant-appellant until April 25, 2014 to file its brief with warning against further extension.
As of June 4, 2014, the Judicial Records Division reported that no appellant’s brief has been filed.
For lack of interest to pursue this appeal despite the chances given to it to do so, and under Sec. 1(e), Rule 50[1] of the Rules of Court, the appeal is DISMISSED.
SO ORDERED.
