Record shows that on July 1, 2014, this Court issued a Resolution[1] requiring petitioner to cure the defect noted in the petition within ten (10) days from notice.
As per Report[2] of the Judicial Record Division (Special Cases Section) dated October 9, 2014, no Compliance with the July 1, 2014 Resolution has been filed by petitioner despite receipt of said resolution on July 18, 2014, which this Court NOTED.
WHEREFORE, in view of petitioner’s failure to comply with the July 1, 2014 Resolution, the instant petition is hereby DISMISSED.
