BONIFACIO QUIBETE, PETITIONER-APPELLANT, VS. HON. WILFREDO V. TIMOLA AND SPOUSES FRANCISCO AND MAXIMA CRUZ, RESPONDENTS-APPELLEES.

Decisions / Signed Resolutions October 9, 2014 FORMER FIFTEENTH DIVISION CORALES, J.:

CORALES, J.:

On September 17, 2014, this Court issued a Decision[1] disposing the case as follows:

WHEREFORE, the appeal is hereby DENIED for lack of merit. The assailed June 8, 2011 Decision of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 74, Antipolo City in SCA Case No. 11-1071 is AFFIRMED.

SO ORDERED.

On October 10, 2014, We received petitioner-appellant’s Motion for Reconsideration[2] while respondents-appellees filed their Comment (To Petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration Dated October 09, 2014)3 on November 19, 2014.

An assiduous examination of the motion for reconsideration shows that the arguments raised therein by the petitioner-appellant had already been duly considered and resolved by this Court. It would be an exercise in futility to repeat Our discussion thereof.

WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.

SO ORDERED.

Villon, J., Chairperson and Macalino, JJ., concur.
