DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 09 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANTON, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON
WHEREAS, on 09 September 2026, Wednesday, the Municipality of Banton, Province of Romblon will mark the celebration of the Hanrumanan Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Banton be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 09 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Banton, Province of Romblon.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
