PROCLAMATION NO. 1423, September 08, 2026
DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINGYON, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Hingyon, Province of Ifugao will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary on 12 September 2026, which falls on a Saturday;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Hingyon to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor of the Municipality of Hingyon has requested that 15 September 2026, Tuesday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 12 September 2026;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Hingyon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 September 2026, a special (non-working) in the Municipality of Hingyon, Province of Ifugao.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
