PROCLAMATION NO. 1420, September 08, 2026
DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, on 10 September 2026, Thursday, the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Hudyaka Destival: Festival of Harvest;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 10 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
