QUIRINO T. DELA CRUZ, PETITIONER, VS. NATIONAL POLICE COMMISSION, RESPONDENT.
Decisions / Signed Resolutions June 27, 2014 FORMER FOURTEENTH DIVISION DIAMANTE, J.:
DIAMANTE, J.:
Before Us is petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] of Our Decision dated June 27, 2014 dismissing his Petition for Review. Respondent, in turn, filed a “Manifestation (In lieu of Comment)”[2] stating that it is adopting in toto the arguments it presented in its Comment dated March 28, 2014[3] and dispenses with the filing of the Comment on petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration.
[1] Rollo, pp. 193-201
We have reviewed at length the arguments of petitioner in the aforesaid Motion and We did not find new grounds nor bases sufficient to compel modification or reversal of the challenged Decision. The same are a mere rehash of his previous arguments which have been judiciously passed upon by this Court in the assailed Decision.
WHEREFORE, petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
