There being no new and substantial arguments in the Motion to justify reconsideration of Our Decision dated June 27, 2014 affirming the conviction of accused-appellant Russel Malpica Mance for Robbery, his Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit. The issue on the identity of the accused as one of the robbers as well as the existence of conspiracy among four (4) accused had been squarely resolved in Our Decision.
