PROCLAMATION NO. 1463, September 28, 2026
DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN MOUNTAIN PROVINCE
WHEREAS, on 02 October 2026, Friday, Mountain Province will mark the celebration of the Provincial Indigenous People’s Day;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Mountain Province be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 02 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
