DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2026,A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CULABA, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN
WHEREAS, on 16 October 2026, Friday, the Municipality of Culaba, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 73rd Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Municipality of Culaba be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 16 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Culaba, Province of Biliran.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
