DECLARING THURSDAY, 01 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MONICA, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, on 01 October 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Santa Monica, Province of Surigao del Norte will mark the celebration of the Adlaw Nan Santa Monica;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Santa Monica be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 01 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Santa Monica, Province of Surigao del Norte.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
