DECLARING TUESDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN
WHEREAS, on 29 September 2026, Tuesday, the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan, will mark the celebration of the Angel Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 29 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
