PROCLAMATION NO. 1450, September 24, 2026
DECLARING MONDAY, 28 SEPTEMBER 2026 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUNA, PROVINCE OF ISABELA
WHEREAS, on 29 September 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Luna, Province of Isabela will mark the celebration of its 77th Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Luna be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 28 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Luna, Province of Isabela.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
