ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 85 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED
as Acting Presiding Judges in addition to their regular duties in their
own courts without additional compensation except the reimbursement of
travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to
continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular
judges thereat or until further orders from this Court:

(1) HON. GUILLJIE D. LIM, Presiding
Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 1, Zamboanga City
as Acting Presiding Judge of all the five (5) Municipal Circuit Trial
Courts in Tawi-Tawi; and

(2) HON. EFREN S. MARIANO,
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 2,
Zamboanga City as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court,
Jolo, Sulu and all the four (4) Municipal Circuit Trial Courts in Sulu.

Both judges shall be entitled to an additional
expense allowance and hardship allowance as provided for in the
Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.

This order revokes the designation of the Hon. Efren S. Mariano
pursuant to Administrative Order No. 37-98 dated February 27, 1998 and
the designation of Hon. Guilljie D. Lim pursuant to Administrative Order
No. 80-99 dated August 13, 1999.
