ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 86 -99
Pursuant to Sec 5, Art. VIII of the Constitution, the HON. OCTAVIO A. FERNANDEZ, Presiding Judge of the 2nd Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Gen. Natividad-Llanera, Nueva Ecija, is DESIGNATED
Acting Presiding Judge of the 1st Municipal Circuit Trial Court:
Bansalan-Magsaysay, Davao del Sur, effective immediately and to continue
until December 31, 1999 or until further orders from this court.
The HON. EFREN B. MALLARE, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court of Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija is hereby DESIGNATED
Acting Presiding Judge of The Municipal Circuit Trial Court of the 2nd
Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Gen. Natividad-Llanera, same province, in
addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately
and to continue until the return of Judge Fernandez. He shall be
entitled to reimbursement of travelling exepenses with per diems and an
additonal expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in
the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February
2,1999.
This order revokes the designation of the Hon. Ernesto C. dela Cruz
pursuant to Administrative Order No. 123-95 dated October 27, 1995.
