ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 84 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. MAXWEL S. ROSETE, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 2, Santiago City, Isabela is hereby DESIGNATED
as Acting Presiding Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 58,
San Juan, Metro Manila, effective immediately and to continue until the
appointment of the judge thereat or until further orders from this
Court;

The Hon. RUBEN R. PLATA Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 1, Santiago City, Isabela is hereby DESIGNATED
as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Br.
2, same court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court,
effective immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Maxwel S. Rosete or until further orders from this Court. Further, he is hereby appointed as Executive Judge of the MTCC at Santiago City.

Judge Plata shall be entitled to an additional
expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the
Resolution No. 99 – 1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.

This order revokes the designation of Judge Maxwel S. Rosete as Executive Judge of MTCC, Santiago City; pursuant to Administrative Order No. 51-99 dated June 1, 1999.
