REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 243 DATED MARCH 27, 1951, AND DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN PASAY CITY.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by
law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke
Proclamation No. 243, dated March 27, 1951, and declare open to disposition the
parcel of land embraced therein situated in Pasay City.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 21st day of
December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the
Indepedence of the Philippines, the eighth.
