A perusal of the motion for reconsideration filed by accused-appellant shows that the issues raised are mere rehash of those already resolved and given due consideration by this Court, thus, no new or substantial matter was presented to justify a modification or reversal of the assailed decision dated November 28, 2013.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
