MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 118
Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) in view of the continuing inclement weather brought about by Typoon “Milenyo” , work in government offices in the National Capital Region, as well the provinces of Batangas, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan, is hereby suspended on Thursday, September 28, 2006.
However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities , and/or the performance of other public services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
