This resolves petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration (Rollo, pp. 245-256) of the Decision (Rollo, pp. 240-244) dated August 2, 2013 filed on September 16, 2013, to which private respondent Bibiana Lumacas-Brisson filed a Comment (Rollo, pp. 259-262) via registered mail on October 7, 2013. A Reply to Comment (With Leave of Court) (Rollo, pp. 264-273) was filed by the petitioners on December 2, 2013.
After a judicious perusal of the instant motion, vis-a-vis the Decision dated August 2, 2013, We find that the arguments proffered by the petitioners have already been carefully considered, discussed and thoroughly passed upon by this Court in the said Decision. Thus, in the absence of any convincing and meritorious reason to disturb the challenged judgment, instant motion is hereby DENIED.
