CARRYING CERTAIN OFFERORS IN PRA’S INTERNATIONAL PROMOTIONS
development of retirement villages and retirement facilities which are
very essential in attracting prospective foreign retirees to enrol in
the program, the following policy is hereby issued:
Registered Offerors of the Philippine Retirement Authority who have
made substantial contribution to the retirement program shall be carried
in PRA’s international promotions free of charge, provided that they
have performed and/or rendered any of the following activities:
1. Substantial contribution in the form of actual
investments, time and effort for the development and establishment of
retirement communities with the necessary horizontal infrastructure
already completed;2. Participated in the international promotion activities of the Authority particularly in marketing missions abroad;
3. Printed and disseminated brochures, prospectus, flyers and
master plan of facilities being offered to the Authority’s prospective
retirees; and4. Involvement in any activity which the Chief Executive
Officer deems meritorious in an effort to offer world class retirement
facilities to foreign retirees.
The Deputy General Manager shall be responsible for the implementation of this Circular.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
