On 22 January 2015, this Court issued a Resolution[1] which denied the petitioners’ Motion for Extension of Time to File a Petition for Review on Certiorari under Rule 45.

Then on 23 January 2015, the petitioners filed, through mail, a Manifestation and Motion[2]. In the aforementioned Manifestation, the petitioners stated that after careful study of the issues, they have reached a decision not to pursue a Petition for Review on Certiorari. Thus, they are praying for the withdrawal of the instant case.
As regards the Manifestation and Motion filed by the petitioners, it is hereby NOTED and GRANTED.
IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, this Petition is hereby DISMISSED and considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
