HEIRS OF AMELIA GORDON, PLAINTIFFS-APPELLEES, VS. VEVINCIA TAPISPISAN AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING TITLE OR POSSESSION UNDER HER, DEFENDANTS-APPELLANTS.

Decisions / Signed Resolutions August 7, 2014 SIXTH DIVISION BALTAZAR-PADILLA, J.:

BALTAZAR-PADILLA, J.:

After a judicious evaluation of defendants-appellants’ Motion for Reconsideration of OUR Decision dated August 7, 2014, WE found the same to be utterly lacking in merit.

No valid, cogent, and justifiable reason was presented by the movants that would convince this Court to come-up with a modification, much less, a reversal of the said judgment. The arguments raised in the Motion were already considered and weighed when the Court rendered the assailed Decision.  There is no need to belabor the issues one more time.

WHEREFORE, the foregoing considered, WE DENY the said Motion for Reconsideration.

SO ORDERED.

Tijam, (Chairperson), and REYES-CARPIO, JJ., concur.
