Before Us is petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration[1] of Our Decision dated August 7, 2014 affirming with modification the Decision dated February 14, 2014 and Resolution dated March 21, 2014 of public respondent in NLRC LAC No. 01-000172-14/NLRC Case No. NCR-03-03644-13, against which private respondent filed his Comment[2] thereto.

We have reviewed at length petitioners’ arguments in the aforesaid Motion and We did not find new grounds nor bases sufficient to compel modification or reversal of the challenged Decision.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
