RESERVING FOR MARKET, SLAUGHTER HOUSE AND PARK SITES PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALABON, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for market, slaughter house and park sites purposes,
under the administration of the municipality of Malabon, subject to private
rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain located in the
municipality of Malabon, Province of Rizal, and more particularly described in
the Bureau of Lands Plan Swo-21985, to wit:

Lot 1

“A parcel of land (Lot 1, S.W.O. 21985), situated
in the barrio of Poblacion, municipality of Malabon, Province of Rizal. Bounded
on the NE., by Governor F. Sevilla Boulevard; on the SE., by the property
claimed by Isidro Santos (Lot 2-B-3, SH-66 Amd-D-3); on the SW., by Lot 2 of
the plan; and on the NW., by property of the Municipality Government of Malabon
(Lot 2-A, SH-66 Amd. D). Beginning at a point marked ‘1’ on plan, being S. 21
deg. 49′ W., 144.35 M. from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Malabon, Rizal;

thence S. 20 deg. 49′ E., 48.13 m. to point “2”;
thence S. 63 deg. W., 52.02 m. to point “3”;
thence N. 17 deg. 30′ W., 52.97 m. to point “4”;
thence N. 68 deg. 37′ E., 48.70 m. to the point of

five hundred thirty-six (2,536) square meters, more or less. All points

“A parcel of land (Lot 2, S.W.O. 21985), situated
in the barrio of Poblacion, municipality of Malabon, Province of Rizal. Bounded
on the NE., by Lot 1 of the plan; on the SE., by property claimed by Isidro
Santos (Lot B, MBA. 160 Amd-D); on the SW., by Lot 4 of the plan; and on the
NW., by Lot 3 of the plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 33
deg. 08′ W., 181.23 M. from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Malabon, Rizal;

thence S. 17 deg. 30′ E., 52.97 m. to point “2”;
thence S. 63 deg. 33′ W., 71.32 m. to point “3”;
thence N. 8 deg. 10′ W., 60.73 m. to point “4”;
thence N. 68 deg. 43′ E., 60.72 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of three thousand
six hundred sixty-five (3,665) square meters, more or less. All points referred
to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by iron tubes;

in the barrio of Poblacion, municipality of Malabon, Province of Rizal. Bounded
on the NE., by property of the Municipality Government of Malabon (Lot 1-A and
Lot 2-A, SH-66, Amd-D) and calle Rizal (street lot, SH-66 Amd.); on the SE., by
Lot 2 of the plan; on the SW., by Lot 4 of the plain; and on the NW., by calle
Sacristia. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 76 deg. 46′ W.,
162.95 M. from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Malabon, Rizal;

thence S. 17 deg. 30′ E., 122.49 m. to point “2”;
thence S. 17 deg. 30′ E., 18.34 m. to point “3”;

in the barrio of Poblacion, municipality of Malabon, Province of Rizal. Bounded
on the NE., by Lots 3 and 2 of the plan; on the SW., by Malabon-Navotas river;
and on the NW., by calle Sacristia. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan,
being N. 83 deg. 05′ W., 185.10 M. from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Malabon, Rizal;

thence S. 8 deg. 10′ E., 198.25 m. to point “2”;
thence S. 8 deg. 10′ E., 60.73 m. to point “3”;
thence N. 12 deg. 05′ W., 252.36 m. to point “4”;
thence N. 59 deg. 10′ E., 18.70 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of two thousand two
hundred thirty-five (2,235), square meters, more or less. All points referred
to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: point “1”
by old hole on top of round mon., point “2” by old iron tube, and points “3”
and “4” by iron tubes; bearings true; declination 0 deg. 56′ E.; date of the
survey, October 1, 1948.”
