ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 98 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. WILFREDO TUMALIUAN, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 15, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional
Trial Court, Branch 36, Santiago City, Isabela,
effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders
from this Court. As Acting Presiding Judge he shall prioritize the
disposition of all the undecided cases which were submitted for decision
before deceased Judge Efren Lamorena. Assisting Judge Fe Albano Madrid
shall in the meantime, continue trying and deciding cases thereat
pursuant to the resolution of the Court En Banc dated June 23, 1998 in
A.M. No. 98-3-199-RTC.
Judge Tumaliuan shall submit to the Statistical
Reports Division, Court Management Office, Office of the Court
Administrator, a Monthly Status Report of said cases.
