ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 99 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. BAGUINDA-ALI A. PACALNA, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Balindong-Tugaya-Bacolod Grande-Madalum, Lanao del Sur, is hereby DESIGNATED Acting
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court:
Bayang-Tubaran-Binidayan-Butig- Lumbatan-Marogong-Lumbayanagui, Lanao
del Sur, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective
immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty
of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
He shall be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expehses with per
diems and an additional expense allowance and hardship allowance as
provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated
February 2, 1999.
