In Our Minute Resolution[1] of 21 October 2013, We directed plaintiff-appellant within ten (10) days from notice to remit the deficiency of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) as payment for docket and other legal fees.

However, plaintiff-appellant failed to comply with Our 21 October 2013 Minute Resolution despite receipt thereof, impelling Us to issue a Minute Resolution[2] dated 27 January 2014 requiring her to show cause why the Appeal should not be dismissed. Once again, plaintiff-appellant turned a deaf ear to such directive as per the 25 March 2014 verification[3] from Our Case Management Information System.
ACCORDINGLY, the Appeal is hereby DISMISSED pursuant to Section 1(c), Rule 50 of the Rules of Court.
