In their Manifestation With Motion To Dismiss, petitioners inform this
Court that they have amicably settled their dispute with private
respondents in that the claims of the latter have been fully satisfied.
As proof thereof, petitioners attached a copy of an Order dated 27
January 2014 of Labor Arbiter Rommel Velez confirming that the judgment
claim of private respondents were fully satisfied.
