PROCLAMATION NO. 1446, September 17, 2026
DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 SEPTEMBER 2026, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUMBAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, on 22 September 2026, Tuesday, the Municipality of Lumban, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lumban be given full opportunity to participate and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lumban, Province of Laguna.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
