RENATO C. NAESA, PETITIONER, VS. HON. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, HON. SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM AND CERILO NAESA, RESPONDENTS.

Decisions / Signed Resolutions SPECIAL FIFTEENTH DIVISION CORALES, J.:

CORALES, J.:

On July 31, 2014, this Court rendered a Decision[1] disposing the case as follows:

WHEREFORE, the instant petition for certiorari is hereby DISMISSED. Accordingly, the December 7, 2011 Decision and February 29, 2012 Resolution of the Office of the President are AFFIRMED.

SO ORDERED.

On September 11, 2014, We received petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration.[2] It is noted that no Comment to said motion was filed by respondents as per Our January 30, 2015 Resolution.[3]

The motion for reconsideration is a mere reproduction of the arguments raised in petitioner’s petition for certiorari. We do not find any bona fide effort on the part of petitioner to present additional matters or reiterate his arguments in a different light. Thus, there is no need to revisit what was already presented before this Court when We rendered the July 31, 2014 Decision.

ACCORDINGLY, the motion for reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.

SO ORDERED.

Villon, J., Chairperson and Macalino, JJ., concur.
