On February 11, 2014, this Court rendered a Decision^[1] the dispositive portion of which reads:

WHEREFORE, the assailed March 12, 2012 Decision of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 58, Angeles City, Pampanga in Civil Case No. 11773 is MODIFIED as follows:

1. Declaring the estate of Julia Rita Dizon as the true and lawful owner of Lot No. 584 situated in San Nicolas I, Magalang, Pampanga;

2. Directing the Heirs of Angela A. Dizon to surrender the owner’s duplicate copy of TCT No. 20273-R to the Registry of Deeds of Pampanga or of Angeles City, whichever has jurisdiction over Lot No. 584, and ordering the said Registry of Deeds to cancel TCT No. 20273-R in the name of Angela A. Dizon; and

3. Directing Dominga Rivera to surrender the owner’s duplicate copy of TCT No. 495176-R to the Registry of Deeds of Pampanga or of Angeles City, whichever has jurisdiction over Lot No. 584, and ordering the said Registry of Deeds to cancel TCT No. 495176-R in the name of Dominga Rivera.

Plaintiff-Appellee filed her Motion for Reconsideration2 on March 6, 2014 and defendants-appellants filed their Motion for Partial Reconsideration^[3] on March 7, 2014. Plaintiff-appellee filed her Comment^[4] to defendants-appellants’ Motion for Partial Reconsideration on July 8, 2014. On the other hand, defendants-appellants failed to file their Comment.^[5]

The motion for reconsideration and motion for partial reconsideration are mere reproductions of the arguments raised in the parties’ previous pleadings. There is no need to revisit what was already presented before this Court when We rendered the February 11, 2014 Decision.

WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration and motion for partial reconsideration are hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
