For consideration are plaintiffs-appellants’ Motion for Reconsideration of our Decision, dated June 19, 2014 and defendants-appellees’ Opposition to Motion for Reconsideration.
We have taken pains to take a second hard look at the merits of the arguments advanced by the plaintiffs-appellants but find no adequate reason to reverse our ruling. There is no necessity to make another discourse considering that we have sufficiently passed upon and ruled on these arguments in our decision.
Accordingly, the Court Resolved to DENY the motion for reconsideration filed by the plaintiffs-appellants.
