PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES, PLAINTIFF-APPELLEE, VS. NARCISO ENANO Y ARCA, ACCUSED-APPELLANT.

Decisions / Signed Resolutions June 19, 2014 FORMER SPECIAL SEVENTH DIVISION BALTAZAR-PADILLA, J.:

BALTAZAR-PADILLA, J.:

After a judicious evaluation of accused-appellant’s Motion for Reconsideration of OUR Decision dated June 19, 2014 to which Comment was filed by appellee, WE found the same to be wanting in merit.

No valid, cogent, and justifiable reason was presented by the movant that would convince this Court to come-up with a modification, much less, a reversal of the said judgment. The arguments raised in the Motion were already considered and weighed when the Court rendered the assailed Decision. There is no need to belabor the issues one more time.

WHEREFORE, the foregoing considered, WE DENY the said Motion for Reconsideration.

SO ORDERED.

*Gonzales-Sison, M., Acting Chairperson, and Reyes-Carpio, A., JJ., concur.

* Vice J. Noel G. Tijam, per Office Order No. 284-14-ABR dated June 16, 2014.
