On August 12, 2014, Alfredo Fernando, through counsel, filed a motion for extension of 15 days from August 12, 2014 or until August 27, 2014, within which to file a petition for review.
On September 1, 2014, this Court issued a resolution granting petitioner the extension prayed for.
Record shows that no petition has been filed within the extended period granted.
WHEREFORE, the appeal is DISMISSED.
