DECLARING MONDAY, 14 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVER, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE
Presidential Proclamations August 28, 2026
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary on 13 September 2026, which falls on Sunday;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Claver to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor of the Municipality of Claver requested that 14 September 2026; Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 13 September 2026;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Claver be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 14 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
