Before us is the Motion for Reconsideration[1] filed by plaintiff-appellant City of Manila on July 23, 2014[2] seeking the reversal of the Decision[3] rendered by this Court dated June 23, 2014.

Defendants-Appellees Roleval Realty, Inc., et al., filed their Comment[4] dated December 8, 2014.
After a thorough evaluation of the motion, we find it unmeritorious. The motion raises substantially the same arguments presented in the appeal which have already been extensively discussed and passed upon by this Court. Appellant did not offer new arguments, substantial and compelling enough, to warrant reconsideration of our decision.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
