SADANG, J.:

For Our consideration is accused-appellant Bernardino Cruz y Basco’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] and Supplemental Motion for Reconsideration[2] of our Decision dated June 23, 2014, affirming the assailed Decision dated July 12, 2012 of the Regional Trial Court of Manila, Branch 5 in Criminal Case No. 08-263728.
